During this extraordinary time of "Stay Home-Stay Safe" in response to covid-19, our priests are not allowed to visit nor bring the sacraments to our elderly and homebound except in cases of imminent death.
We do have a number of parishioners who are serving the parish as "telephone angels" by regularly calling our parishioners to keep in touch and offer encouragement and support.
We hope to be back in full ministry mode soon; in the meantime, please stay home and stay safe!

We love our elderly parishioners and especially those who can no longer join us in church on Sundays because of the burdens of age or illness. We strive to keep in regular touch with them and to regularly bring them the consolation of the sacraments.
Our corps of Eucharistic Ministers to the Homebound regularly visit our elderly and infirm. They take time to visit, pray, reflect on the Scriptures, and offer them Holy Communion.
Our pastor, Father Kevin, also visits them on a regular schedule, offering them the opportunity for Confession and the Anointing of the Sick. He visits some every three months and others every month.
If you would know of someone or you yourself would like to receive this ministry in your home or care facility, please call our parish office at (509) 747-5810 or contact us by email: [email protected]
Those parishioners who might like to serve as an Eucharistic Minister to the Homebound are requested to contact Aggie Patterson at the email address above.
