Q:  If I set up an on-line weekly or monthly donation, do I still need to use my Sunday envelopes? 

A: No, once you have set up your on-line giving account, you do not need to use your Sunday envelopes to make your regular donations to the parish. 
 

Q: What if I can't find the Envelope Number that the form asks for...or if I have not previously used Sunday Envelopes? 

A: Don't worry...we will supply that number for you once we receive your first donation. 


Q: What if I want to make a special, one-time donation, like to the Blue Envelope Fund, how do I do that? 

A:  Just use the form again to enter a seperate contribution, and make sure you write in the Comment field where you want this contribution to go. 


Q:  I think I might feel funny not putting something in the collection basket when it is passed at Sunday Mass; what can I do so that I feel like I''m participating in the Offertory of the Mass? 

A: Great question! You might consider having a dollar ready to drop in the basket as it passes. You could also use an empty Sunday envelope, or just one of the special Visitor envelopes that are in the pew racks to drop in the basket.


Q:  Can I use my debit card instead of a credit card? 

A: Yes, just fill in the Credit Card Number and related information using your Debit Card numbers. Remember, this will come directly out of the account associated with your Debit Card and will not be treated as it would if it were a Credit card. 


Q:  Can I make payments for Religious Education, parish events, or other fees?

A:  You may use this form to make payments for Sacred Heart Religious Education fees, any other parish program fees, or events, Just make sure you let us know where you want the contribution directed in the Comments field.


Q:  Can I use this form to pay Cataldo School tuition, or make donations to Catholic Charities, or the Diocese of Spokane?

A:  NO, this form is NOT TO BE USED for Cataldo Catholic School, Diocese of Spokane, or Catholic Charities contributions. 


Q: Are these transactions safe and secure? 

A: YES!  Our software provider, eCatholic, is PCI Compliant. Likewise, the company that processes these transactions for us, CardConnect,  is LEVEL 1 PCI Certified (the highest possible level of PCI Compliance).

 

Our Sacred Heart parishioners and friends can now make their donations to the parish through this On-Line Contribution form. Just have handy the checking account or credit/debit card you'd like your donation to be charged to and follow these easy steps:
 

1. -Choose WHAT KIND of donation you are making: 
   1. One-time
   2. Monthly
   3. Weekly
2. Type in the AMOUNT you intend to give in the Amount field.
3. Supply your PAYMENT information. Choose either:
   1. A Credit/Debit Card account, then supply the usual card details below.
   2. A Checking Account, then supply both the account and routing numbers.
4. Supply your BILLING INFORMATION, that is, your Name, Address, Email, Telephone, etc. 
5. If you know it, supply the ENVELOPE NUMBER found on the printed envelopes you have been using. If you do not know your Envelope Number, just leave this field blank.
6. Finally, just hit the MAKE PAYMENT button, and you will be good to go!
